SHIPPING

We offer $9.00 flat rate shipping on all orders within the United States. USPS Priority Mail is our primary method of shipping. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. This is subject to change. 

Orders are usually processed between 1-7 business days from the day the order is placed, and shipped within 1-7 business days after processing (total arrival time between 2-14 days). Tracking numbers are only sent when items are on their way to the post office. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to completing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to an incorrect addresses or failure to retrieve from USPS. If an order is returned to us, a reshipping fee will be required before shipping again. 

RETURNS + RETURNS

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged. If you received the wrong item, please send an email to hi@altruisticlovecandleco.com as soon as possible. If a refund is processed due to our mistake, it will not include the shipping fee.

DAMAGES

 

If items arrive damaged or defective, please email us at hi@altruisticlovecandleco.com immediately. Please include your first and last name, order number, and photos. We will replace or refund any damaged items after receiving proper proof. 

PROMOTIONS

Discount codes cannot be used on bundles or combined with other offers. We reserve the right to discontinue promotions or discount codes without notice.
